missingWrote a review on Dec 02beautiful gardensinviting fire pitspoor maintenance
Unique outdoor fire pits scattered throughout the grounds invite relaxation and cozy evenings. The abundance of vibrant gardens provides a beautiful backdrop for wandering or just soaking in the desert vibe.
Spotty maintenance on things like the room locks can really dampen the stay. it took two days to get ours fixed, which was a hassle. The pool experience wasn’t ideal either, with closures for 'inclement weather' even when the skies were clear, leaving us locked out before we could take a dip. Dining at Litchfields left much to be desired, with bland steaks that tasted overly charred despite our requests and a lack of variety in the menus. Overall, for a resort charging premium rates, I expected a cleaner and more responsive experience.

Spacious, clean room with windows on both sides let in plenty of sunlight. The grounds feature beautifully landscaped areas and several inviting outdoor seating spots, making it easy to unwind.
The room decor felt dated, and I noticed some maintenance issues such as a malfunctioning shower handle that fell off while I was using it. The thin walls allowed for noise disturbances from rowdy guests in adjoining rooms, which detracted from the relaxation I was seeking. Additionally, the dining experiences were somewhat inconsistent, with slow service and limited food options available during my stay.

The spacious room featured a comfortable bed and a large bathtub, providing a lovely place to unwind. Room service delivered breakfast promptly, and the green chile pork was particularly outstanding. Unfortunately, we faced significant issues with intrusive staff during our event, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, an ant infestation in one of the rooms added to the disappointment of our stay.

I had a really mixed experience at Wigwam. The grounds looked beautiful, and the Christmas decorations were stunning. The rooms felt spacious with comfortable beds, making it easy to relax. I appreciated that there were multiple dining options on-site and that room service was available. However, the check-in process was not very friendly, and I struggled finding my room because the numbers weren’t well lit. The dining service was too slow, and my food arrived before my drinks, which made for an awkward experience. I was disappointed that the pool bar was closed, but everyone else seemed to bring their own drinks. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. I noticed stains on the shower curtain and dusty vents, which didn’t match the ‘luxurious’ vibe they advertise. Overall, it felt overpriced for the experience I had, especially considering the level of service.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the three sparkling pools and the kids fun zone, which kept everyone entertained. We also visited the Grand Canyon and the nearby botanical gardens, which were beautiful. Overall, we enjoyed great amenities and accessibility, making it a perfect getaway.
One downside was we were charged for a movie we didn't rent. It was frustrating to have to sort that out during checkout.

We had a fantastic family stay here, enjoying the spacious suites and gorgeous grounds. The kids loved the three sparkling pools, especially the fun zone with water slides and the splash pad. Plus, our little dog was welcomed, making it even more special!
In my wife’s opinion, we wished for better dining options on-site for kids.
